Skolkovo sued Aliexpress for copying their developments

Skolkovo filed a lawsuit against Alibaba Group in the Moscow Arbitration Court. They require the Chinese company to respect copyright, in particular, to use the developments of the Skolkovo company. The statement of claim refers to the violation of intellectual property rights when using the developments of Skolkovo by Alibaba.

Alibaba said that this is the first time that they do not copy, but from them. They filed a counterclaim and are awaiting a court decision in their favor.
